It starts with a plan

Each player should have a goal in mind. The goal can be something small or more challenging. Maybe you’re new to baseball and your goal is to catch the ball more consistently. Maybe you’re a more seasoned player who wants to lead your league in home runs.

We are firm believers in having a vision. So let’s get to work on what you intend on accomplishing by mapping out how many reps on a particular skill you need to own that skill. In our sessions we will set out to hit markers that will bring you closer and closer to meet your goal.

In spring training, Carlos Correa , short stop for the Minnesota Twins, takes 1000 swings a day. That’s the type of determination that will give you the results you want. Mix that determination with the techniques we use and before you know it, you’ll be performing at a higher level than ever before.
